2016 Early Alert Referral System (EARS) Product Demos

Student Academic Services invites faculty, staff, and students to attend product demos for Early Alert Referral Systems.

A steering committee of faculty, staff, and students have reviewed vendors’ proposals for an Early Alert Referral System (EARS). EARS is a software solution that faculty and staff can use to send an alert to an appropriate responder (e.g. Academic Advisors, Behavioral Concerns Team, Residence Director, Bursar, Registration and Records, etc.) when students exhibit behaviors that suggest that they might need more personalized services that would increase their chances of academic success.

The committee has narrowed down the list of possible vendors to Hobson Starfish, Campus Labs, and Pharos Resources. Be a part of the Early Alert Referral System vendor selection process by attending a demo and providing your valuable feedback!

This is a free event that is open to Loyola faculty, staff, and students, and is sponsored by Student Academic Services.
